Broken WASA line

From Safiyah...who says these photos were taken at warren road, cunupia of a broken wasa line, which i reported on the 30th april 2012. Its now may 15th and water is still wasting. Wasa preaches to us about conservation of water, but they themselves are not even efficient and effective in fixing leaks. Does it really take two weeks at wasa to appoint a team to fix a broken water line?
