EMA calls a halt to HCL project

The Environmental Management Authority (EMA) has stopped Home Construction Ltd (HCL) from building a retention pond at the Crossings, Santa Rosa West, where there is a lead containment site. The authority has also ordered the construction company to reseal the area.
