Gibbs keeps his job

Commissioner of police Dwayne Gibbs remains in his office as Commissioner of police following the completion of an appraisal by the police service commission. But as Melissa Williams tell us the commissioner of police along with deputies Jack Ewatski and Stephen Williams have been given strict terms to follow by the commission to improve their performance.
