Petrotrin and OWTU conduct marathon meeting

Meanwhile, panic buying by motorists has already started after marathon talks between Petrotrin and OWTU broke down after more than twelve hours.  A clear sign that the impending strike may become a reality. And as the company puts contingency plans in place, the union says it won't work. Cameraman Ivan Toolsie  was there and Melissa Williams reports
