PM appoints committee to lead consultations in Tobago

Prime minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has named political scientist Dr. Hamid Ghany and two Tobago-born attorneys on a three-person committee to lead consultations on internal self-government for Tobago. The prime minister was addressing a rally of the people's partnership Saturday night.
