Rowley files motion of no confidence in PM

The opposition people's national movement has filed a motion of no confidence in Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar....over recent controversies which they say shows her inability to lead. The announcement was made by opposition leader Dr Keith Rowley this morning. Although the opposition is unlikely to win the motion....opposition leader Dr Rowley says they're attempting to highlight the major issues for public debate.
