Scouts celebrate 100 years in South

The president of the Inter-American scouting association wants more done to attract young people back to scouting. As he addressed a dinner and awards ceremony to mark the 100th anniversary of scouting in the San Fernando district....he noted advances in technology as one of the challenges to the scouting organisation.
