Ministry of Health: Cook your crab

This morning on CNC3's the Morning Brew Hema Ramkissoon spoke with officials from the Ministry of Health about the consumption of crab meat. They are asking consumers to practice food safety and follow the WHO's five keys, which are: 

  • keep clean
  • separate raw and cooked
  • cook thoroughly
  • keep food at safe temperatures
  • use safe water and raw materials
