Attorney General Anand Ramlogan is calling on the Commissioner of Police to ensure the investigation into the removal of cocaine pellets from a patient's stomach by a doctor continues. It comes less than 24 hours after the Acting Commissioner of Police said the investigation was stonewalled. The Attorney General is now saying charges ought to be laid to prevent this country from being ridiculed internationally. He says the situation is cause for serious concern.
