Bomb threat delays sailing

Confusion in Scarborough this morning after an anonymous phone call forced the evacuation of hundreds of persons from the Tobago ferry terminal.  

The port authority confirms that the 6.30 am sailing of the T&T Express was delayed for almost 3 hours after an unknown caller advised of a threat to the vessel.

But minority leader Watson Duke is tonight questioning whether proper checks were in fact carried out.
