Talks to end the three day industrial action of bus drivers are continuing. Up to news time, Minister Stephen Cadiz, Minister Rudy Indarsingh, as well as, TIWU President Roland Sutherland and PTSC officials were still in a meeting at the Radisson Hotel in Port of Spain. The talks began at 3 this afternoon. PTSC bus drivers and the union, TIWU says the vehicles are a health and safety hazard and it would be against the law for drivers to take them on the road. The union is also unhappy with the pace of wage negotiations. Earlier today commuters were again feeling the brunt of the industrial action, but support is growing for the bus drivers.
