On the eve of the special Caricom meeting, medical officials say there are over three thousand suspected Chikungunya cases in this country, with 158 confirmed. This compared to the almost 2000 confirmed cases reported in Caricom by the Pan Americam Health Organisation. But a closer look at these figures unearth one problem in getting the proper statistics.
