Lee Sing: No apologies for new traffic plan

Port of Spain mayor Louis lee sing has refused to apologize to St. James businessmen as he continues to defend the implementation of a new traffic plan for Wood Brook and surrounding areas. The mayor told CNC3 news that he does not believe the traffic regulations are affecting sales and he is making it clear that he will not endorse Member of Parliament for Port of Spain South Marlene McDonald in her quest to get rid of the plan.
