Local government Minister unhappy with garbage collection

Local government minister Dr. Suruj Rambachan is today expressing anger at the state of garbage collection in this country. Dr. Rambachan says the contractors are not fulfilling their end of the deal and mayors and chairmen of corporations need to be more proactive in dealing with the situation.
