More criticism for new traffic plans

More criticism of the new traffic plans in Port of Spain and this time it comes from Traffic And Transportation Engineer Dr. Rae Furlonge. Speaking at a workshop yesterday Dr. Furlonge said the plans have totally ignored not just pedestrians but the needs of the elderly and the disabled as well.
