OWTU shuts down Petrotrin

The Oilfields Workers' Trade Union (OWTU) is warning of possible fuel shortages soon as the entire Petrotrin refinery has been shut down over differences between the union and Petrotrin's management. The union says Petrotrin management's claims of a contingency plan to provide fuel are not true.
