HOT CROSS BUN BREAD PUDDING
Yields: 8 servings

4 hot cross buns
1 cup full-cream milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ cup sugar
Butter, for greasing
1 Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9-inch, round baking dish.
2 In a medium bowl, mix milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar.
3 Pour custard mixture over hot cross buns and let soak for 1 hour.
4 Bake for 25 minutes or until custard is golden-brown and custard has set.
