16-year-old Tacarigua girl missing

Police are seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 16-year-old Jenielle Baptist.

A statement by the Police Service says she was last seen leaving the St. Mary’s Children’s Home in Tacarigua, where she resides, to go to the Civilian Conservation Corps at Mausica Road, D’Abadie on Friday 17th February, 2017, at around 8 am.

The teenager was reported missing to the Arouca Police Station on the same day at around 8:30pm, by Arlene Collins, a Social Worker at the home.

Jenielle is of African descent, 5 feet 4 inches tall, medium built, brown in complexion, has a round face, long braided hair, and wears glasses.

She was last seen wearing her Civilian Conservation Corps uniform; an orange T-Shirt and a pair of blue jeans. 

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jenielle Baptist is asked to call 800-TIPS or contact the police at 555, 999, 911 or any police station. 

Police have said that they are yet to receive an image of the missing girl.
