Seventy students from communities across East Port-of-Spain today graduated from the ‘2017 Education to Production and Creating the Beats' programme facilitated by the East Port-of-Spain Development Company Limited (EPOS), an agency of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
The ceremony recognised the efforts of persons who completed programmes in carpentry, electrical, heavy equipment operations, masonry, plumbing, welding, and the creation of musical beats.
Special prizes were also awarded to persons with the highest scores for attendance; reflecting the commitment to their development.
