'Boy Boy' charged with two murders

A 22-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murders of a Shiva Boys College student and a Chinese businessman, both of which occurred in south Trinidad.

Keyshawn McKenzie also called 'Boy Boy' of Pleasantville was charged with the murders following advice from the DPP's office yesterday.  Back in May 16-year-old Noah Simmons, a star student with the college, was shot dead in Marabella after he got into an argument with a man known to him.

And two weeks ago, businessman Chan Zhi Zhong was at his supermarket in Princes Town when he was shot and killed.

 

Police say the 22-year-old accused was arrested at an abandoned building in San Fernando last Friday.
