Road work begins in Sandy River, Mason Hall

The Tobago House of Assembly Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment is advising the public that road restoration work has commenced in Sandy River, Mason Hall.

At present, the road is being milled from the Sandy River junction, North Side Road towards the Sandy River Adventist School, Belmont Road.

The division states that until further notice, access to Belmont Road between North Side Road and Punch Bowl is restricted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.

However, it says accommodation will be made for residents to access their properties.

In the interim, road users are encouraged to utilise the alternative route to Belmont Road via Cocowatty Road or Spence Trace.

The division is apologising for any inconvenience that may be caused and is thanking the public for its understanding and cooperation during the exercise.
