The All Trinidad General Workers’ Trade Union says it will enter the political race for the first time ever, doing so through its political arm, the National Solidarity Assembly.
The union has issued a statement saying it will soon begin screening candidates for the upcoming Local Government elections.

The All Trinidad General Workers’ Trade Union is accusing the UNC of misleading the media and attempting to play the role of victim as the party prepares to leave Rienzi Complex due to its failure to agree to the terms of the landlord.
