What You Saw

 

First photo comes from Faheem who says I Saw this in the evening on Aranguez Main Road on May 3rd. It Seems the truck tried to turn onto the very narrow side road, and the wheels went down into the drain, which runs too closely to the corner junction. The corner road area needs to be widened, as it is very easy for this to happen at this particular corner.

 

Finally from Robert who notes...the police service promoting their sports day and the most visual information is a bottle of rum. Sports and alcohol are not partners.  What a shame from our police service''

 

 

 

From Safiyah...who says these photos were taken at warren road, cunupia of a broken wasa line, which i reported on the 30th april 2012. Its now may 15th and water is still wasting. Wasa preaches to us about conservation of water, but they themselves are not even efficient and effective in fixing leaks. Does it really take two weeks at wasa to appoint a...

 

Picture comes from a viewer in Sangre Grande who says this is a picture on foster road, Sangre Grande where someone is dumping a lot of garbage illegally on the side of the road. This is really an eyesore for the villagers of the area. I would like to see the relevant authorities intervene please because it is emitting a stench in the neighbourhood.

Also some beauty from Angelina and matthew they say nature at its finest. View of the lake at petrotrin (point a pierre) taken at sunset..." sometimes we become so taken up with the hustle and bustle of life that we too often forget about the natural beauty that surrounds us".

Easter bonnet pictures....This set from Vistabella Presbyterian.... As the students a few days ago dressed up for their easter bonnet parade.....

 

From dhansear from san fernando.... He says my family and i spent the easter weekend at grande riviere and on easter monday night over a hundred leatherback turtles came up on the beach to lay their eggs. Here is a photo i took, as one of them made her way back to the sea after laying her eggs.
