Some local shops in Tobago are preparing to increase the prices of their flour-based products. Even though they’ll have to spend more at the grocery, some Tobagonians say they aren’t too sure about provision as another source of flour. Their scepticisms come even as producers on the island hope the chief secretary follows through with his promise to brand Tobago as the leading manufacturer of alternative flour in the Caribbean.
