For decades the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service operated under a veil of secrecy, but in 2017, when its officers were being murdered with impunity, the service took a crucial decision to give CNC3 unrestricted access, behind prison walls. We kick off a 5-part documentary series that will give viewers here at home and around the world, a first-hand look at prison conditions and its impact on inmates, officers and the prison service.
