Chief Secretary Ancil Dennis joins the hundreds of persons and corporations, sending condolences and prayers to the family of former Government Minister Franklin Khan, who passed away on April 17.

In a release, Dennis described Khan as a man who spent most of his life developing Trinidad and Tobago.

“Chief Secretary, the Honourable Ancil K. Dennis has joined the rest of the nation in mourning the passing of Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, the Honourable Franklin Khan.

Chief Secretary Dennis says Minister Khan was not simply a politician but a man who spent most of his life contributing to the progress and development of Trinidad and Tobago, using his expertise and skills garnered from being a graduate of Geology and Geography of the University of the West Indies and a Petroleum Geologist by profession.

Mr. Dennis expresses sincere condolences on behalf of his family and the Tobago House of Assembly to the family, friends and People’s National Movement, on the loss of this father, son, brother and stalwart member.

Chief Secretary Dennis encourages the nation to keep the family of deceased Franklin Khan in prayer at this time.”
