Clinical services adjusted as ERHA continues work on health centres in Matelot and Toco

The Eastern Regional Health Authority (ERHA) is advising members of the public of adjustment to services offered at its health centres at Matelot and Toco.

The Eastern Regional Health Authority (ERHA) is advising members of the public of adjustment to services offered at its health centres at Matelot and Toco.

The ERHA says the Health Office and Chronic Disease Clinics at the Matelot Outreach Centre will be moved from Monday to Wednesday with effect from Monday 25th October 2021.

This temporary change will be in effect for a period of three months and is necessary to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In addition, the Accident and Emergency Department at Toco Health Centre will remain at Cumana Outreach Centre until Sunday 7th November 2021. This is necessary to complete expansion works at the facility.

The ERHA also advises that services at the Accident and Emergency Department at Toco Health Centre will resume on Monday 8th November 2021.
