Chief Medical Officer Dr Roshan Parasram says all 182 random tests have come back negative.
He was speaking at the COVID-19 press conference this morning.
Two weeks ago, the Ministry of Health commenced surveillance or community testing at health centres across the country.
He also said that nine people were discharged over the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 68, the number of people remaining hospitalized remains at 9.
CMO Dr Parasram told the country to prepare for what he called the new normal as the nation gets ready to move away from some of the COVID-19 regulations currently in place.
He said there would be a continuation of proper hand hygiene, cough etiquette, social distancing, use of masks, proper sanitation, and people staying at home if feeling unwell.
