German Potato Salad
2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cut medium dice
1 lb Sweet potatoes peeled and cut medium dice
1 tbsp Sea Salt
1 small red onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 pack Maggi Season Up All Purpose
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ cup good Olive Oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Place potatoes and sweet potatoes in a medium pot and fill with tap water
  2. Add Salt to water and potatoes and bring to a boil on medium heat
  3. Strain potatoes and transfer to a mixing bowl
  4. Add red onions, chopped parsley, Maggi Season up, black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well to combine
  5. Refrigerate Potato Salad for 30 mins and serve cold as a side dish
