SEWA TT donates 20,000 face masks to Prison Service

SEWA TT has donated a total of 20,000 face masks to the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service. Commissioner of Prisons, Mr. Dennis Pulchan expressed his gratitude for the donation. Details follow in this press release from the Prison service. 

Commissioner of Prisons, Mr. Dennis Pulchan is saying ‘thank you’ to SEWA TT, for their generous donation of 10,000 K95 masks and 10,000 reusable masks, on Friday October 08, 2021, at his Golden Grove Office. 

SEWA TT donates 20,000 face masks to Prison Service

SEWA TT, a not-for-profit service organization established in 2013, is dedicated to the eradication of social disparities and removal of human miseries through volunteerism and philanthropy. They forge alliances with organizations with similar objectives, thereby forming a network. 

President of SEWA TT, Mr. Revan Teelucksingh, along with Public Relations Officer, Ms. Anushka Teelucksingh, were on hand to present the masks to Commissioner Pulchan, who commended the endless efforts of the organization. He expressed his gratitude for the donation and stated that their support to the Prison Service is most welcome as it aids in the fulfillment of stakeholder participation and relation.
