Digicel says sorry to customers for disruption

Digicel has apologised to its Digicel+ customers who are experiencing a disruption in service in some areas. 

In a message to customers, the telecommunications provider said: “We are aware that some areas are experiencing disruptions in their Digicel+ service. We are currently working to have this matter resolved as soon as possible and will advise when service has been restored. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
