ITS BEEN A LITTLE MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE THE MIGRANT POLICY TOOK EFFECT ALLOWING VENEZUELANS TO REGISTER AND LEGALLY WORK IN TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO. HOWEVER MANY VENEZUELANS TODAY ARE STILL STRUGGLING, HAVE FACED A MAJOR SETBACK WITH COVID-19.
