Farmer Suzzie Mohammed surveys the damage caused by a massive landslide from the safety of her shed at her Cocorite Trace, Arima Garden yesterday.

A farmer is tonight appealing to the works and transport minister to save her lands from falling into the Arima River.

 Suzie ​​​​​​​Mohammed says six months ago, contractors removed gravel and boulders by the truckload from the river, which borders her farmland. Since then, one lot of land has already caved into the river.
