Fillable online forms for COVID Social Support Grants now available

The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services has made available new online forms for the various COVID Social Support Grants, which can be filled-out online and emailed directly, without the need to print and scan before submitting them.

According to release from the Ministry, the new Fillable Form which is accessible on the Ministry’s website (at is in pdf format and can be completed online and emailed to the designated email addresses. 

The Ministry says once completed, citizens can simply save the completed form and email it accordingly.

The Ministry also notes that for those persons who may not have access to a computer or the internet, printed forms will continue to be available at advertised Police Stations and at its Social Welfare offices, albeit in smaller quantities.

The new fillable form is envisaged as an improvement to the application process for the COVID-19 Social Support Grants, and is also an effort to promote physical distancing, as the Ministry seeks to minimize and manage the crowds at its offices.
