Two investigations are underway to determine what caused an oil tank in Point Fortin to rupture last Sunday. With more than half a million barrels of saltwater leaking into the community, Energy Minister Franklin Khan says both the company and the ministry will conduct separate investigations. Reporter Carisa Lee tells us that the findings will be provided to health and safety authorities.
