Quick work by San Fernando detectives resulted in arrest of a man who was seemingly in the process of stealing from a warehouse, yesterday morning.

And the suspect is expected to go before a San Fernando Magistrate, tomorrow, Monday 23rd November 2020.

Official police reports state that 37-year-old KEVIN ALI ATWELL, of no fixed place of abode, was arrested and charged on Saturday 21st November 2020.

According to police, at 1:30 am on Saturday, a police cruiser was alerted to a man breaking into a warehouse along Chacon Street, San Fernando.

The TTPS reports that when police officers arrived at the location, they observed the door of the building pried opened and with lights on.

Upon checking, police officers discovered a man inside the building who had no permission to be there.

The suspect, Kevin Ali Atwell, was arrested immediately and charged with warehouse break in with intent.

He will answer to the charge when the matter comes up for hearing at that the San Fernando Magistrates’ Court, tomorrow.
