A 41-year-old man is now fighting for his life at hospital with a punctured lung, after he was stabbed several times.
Police said the incident occurred at about 10 pm on Monday during a lime at a friend’s house in St Joseph.
Police said the victim got into an argument with a woman he knows during which she allegedly grabbed a knife and began stabbing the victim several times in the chest and abdomen.
The victim was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he was treated and warded in a critical condition.
Investigations are continuing.
