A man was shot and wounded during a drive-by shooting along Laventille on Wednesday night. According to a police report, at about 7.15 pm the victim was sitting on a culvert near the corner of Bowen Trace and Laventille Road when a vehicle drove past him as its occupants opened fire on him. Police said the victim who was shot on one of his elbows was taken to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was treated and warded in a stable condition.
