Members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force march into Memorial Park.

Trinidad and Tobago nationals who died in the First and Second World Wars were remembered yesterday for their service in yesterday’s Memorial Day observances at Memorial Park.

President Paula-Mae Weekes, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley and Chief Justice Ivor Archie were among those laying wreaths at the cenotaph.

The event, which occurs on the second Sunday in November, was toned down this year because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Cameraman Anisto Alves captured these images.
