The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) has confirmed the safe return of a San Juan teenager who had been reported missing this week, reporting that she has been reunited with her parents.

As such, the Missing Persons Alert issued for her has been stood down.

An official statement from the TTPS reports that 15-year-old RIHANNA TEEMAL was found in Arouca.  She had been reported missing on Tuesday 15th December 2020.

According to the TTPS, this is the second time that Rihanna had been reported missing.  She left her home on 17th November 2020 without informing anyone, and subsequently was reported missing to the San Juan Police Station.  Rihanna was found later that day at a relative’s home in El Socorro.

The TTPS says the Child Protection Unit (CPU) is continuing enquiries into Rihanna’s case.
