New TTT Board receives Instruments of Appointment

The new Board of Directors of state-owned TTT Limited has been fully constituted, and has been made operational.

The new Board members received their Instruments of Appointment, yesterday, from the Minister of Communications, Senator the Honourable Donna Cox, and the Ministry of Communications, Lady Young Road, Morvant.

An official statement from the Ministry reports that Minister Cox also held a meeting with the new Board of Directors, discussing the way forward for TTT.

The Ministry’s release lists the new Board of Directors for TTT Limited:

• Ms. Ronda Francis – Chairperson

• Ms. Nadira Lyder – Vice-Chairperson

• Ms. Lynette Quamina-Nurse

• Ms. Renatta Bissoondath

• Ms. Lisa Morales-Wilson

• Mr. Ronald Huggins

• Ms. Nicholette Johnson

• Mr. John Victor

• Mr. Keron Seebaran

• Ms. Sandra Frank

• Ms. Avian Parks

The Ministry says Board Chairperson, Ronda Francis, is a Communications and External Affairs Professional with 20 years’ experience in developing and leading social initiatives and government and stakeholder engagement strategies in both the public and private sectors. Among her specialties are crisis communications and media relations. During her career, she worked with BP Trinidad and Tobago LLC for over a decade in several capacities, and also was a part-time lecturer and tutor at the University of West Indies.
