The Oilfield Workers Trade Union believes T&TEC management is responsible for last month’s blackout. Head of the union, Ancil Roget says the commission hasn’t filled vacancies for three hundred linesmen, who are responsible for clearing overhead power lines. He also reveals that the union is appealing an industrial court ruling, which gave workers a zero per cent salary increase.
