The body of a man that was found in a building in Port-of-Spain on Monday 30th November 2020, has been identified as that of 67-year-old herbalist, Antonio Penco Reyes.

An autopsy conducted on the body revealed that he died from clogged arteries leading to and surrounding the heart.

Reyes lived at # 4 Fourth Street in Maraval.

The body of an unidentified man was found in Port-of-Spain on the afternoon of Monday 30th November 2020.

According to a police report, at about 4:45 pm on that date, a team of police officers was on mobile patrol on Maraval Road, Port of Spain, when they received a call from Central Police Station about information received from the Command Centre, that a body was seen lying motionless and in a decomposed state in a building opposite Victoria Park, Port of Spain.

The officers responded and on arrival at Victoria Park Suites at 14-17 Victoria Square, they met persons who directed them to the second floor at Penco Reyes Holistic office.

The officers discovered the body of a man, reportedly slumped in a chair in the office.  The body reportedly was in a state of decomposition.
