Port of Spain, Morvant, El Socorro and environs without water on Wednesday

Parts of North-West Trinidad served by the El Socorro Booster Station will experience a disruption in their pipe borne water supply on Wednesday 4th August, between the hours of 9.00 am and 2:00 pm, according to a new advisory from the Water and Sewerage Authority.

WASA explains this is to facilitate upgrade works, in order to improve operations at the facility.

Areas to be affected include:

Port of Spain, Long Circular Road, Dundonald Hill, Dibe, Cascade, Woodbrook, St. James, Cocorite, Belmont, St. Anns, West Moorings, Morvant, Barataria, Laventille, East Dry River, Aranguez, El Socorro.

Customers are reminded that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas, in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules.
