PSA President Watson Duke has been granted $250,000 two hundred and fifty thousand dollars bail after he was slapped with five charges including sexual intercourse without consent.

He was additionally charged with four counts of indecent assault between January and April at the PSA headquarters.

Duke arrived at the Port-of-Spain Magistrate's Court this morning and was represented by Senior Counsel Gilbert Peterson.

He appeared before Chief Magistrate Marcia Ayers-Caesar after being charged late Sunday night by a team of officers who received instructions on how to proceed from DPP Roger Gaspard.

A 33-year-old Cunupia woman reported to police on Tuesday that following a meeting with Duke at a hotel in Port-of-Spain, he took her to a room and had sex with her against her will.
