A Buccoo man charged with office breaking and larceny against the Tobago Regional Health Authority, has appeared before a Scarborough Magistrate to answer the charge.
Devon Roachford aka ‘Black Boy’, a 36-year-old fisherman, of Chance Street, Buccoo, appeared before Magistrate Brian Debideen, in the Scarborough Magistrates’ Court, on Monday 2nd July, 2018, where he was denied bail and remanded into custody until Monday 30th July, 2018.
The accused is alleged to have broken into the Bethel Health Centre, Simon Lawrence Trace, Bethel, on Monday 25th May, 2018, and stole two bottles of dishwashing liquid, 22 packs of garbage bags, 12 boxes of orange juice, 10 packs of biscuits, a television and DVD player.
Roachford was arrested and charged by PC Anil Bharat, of the Old Grange Police Station, on Thursday 28th June, 2018, after a search warrant was executed at his home.
