The famous Caribs Rugby Football Club was burned down this morning in a possible arson attack.

President of the club, Jean Paul Pierre told Guardian Media Sports that it happened around 1am.

One of its players saw smoke bellowing out from Queen's Royal College and called the Fire Services.

Although officers were quick to respond, nothing could be salvaged.

All of the club's historical trophies, plaques, pictures and gear were destroyed.
