A San Fernando man is expected to appear before a Scarborough Magistrate today, charged with the murder of 90-year-old Neila Samuel, which occurred sometime between Saturday 24th and Friday 29th March, 2018.
Rudy Bissoon, 52, a painter, of Gopaul Street, San Fernando, was charged with murder, following advice received from Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard, SC, on Tuesday 10th April, 2018.

Investigations were supervised by Insp. (Ag.) Rodhill Kirk, of Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region 1, while Bissoon, was charged by Cpl Morris Taylor, also of HBI Region 1, on Tuesday 10th April, 2018.
