
Parts of South and Central Trinidad will be without a pipe-borne supply of water between 12:00 noon and 2: 00 pm today.

The Water and Sewerage Authority advises customers in parts of Central and South Trinidad served by the Caroni Water Treatment Plant, that there will be an interruption in their pipe borne supply today, Friday 8th February 2019 between the hours of 12 noon and 2:00 p.m.
This has become necessary in order to facilitate leak repairs on the Caroni South Transmission System at the Plant.
Among the areas affected include:
Piarco Caroni North and South Bank Roads
Cunupia Endeavour
Chaguanas Jerningham Road
Lange Park Longdenville
Felicity California
Caroni Savannah Road Bank Village
Carapichaima St. Mary’s
Mc Bean Couva
Windsor Park Esperanza
Claxton Bay Marabella
La Romaine Palmiste
Phillipine Woodland
Debe Penal
Siparia Fyzabad
Customers are further advised that it may take up to 8 hours for the service to normalize to some areas, following the resumption of delivery to Central and South Trinidad.
