Western Division police officers are currently searching for two male suspects in connection with the recovery of a stolen vehicle that was recovered, yesterday.

The vehicle has since undergone forensic processing and been returned to the owner.

According to police reports, at 2:40 am on October 1st, the victim drove her motor vehicle, a white Hyundai H-100, out of her driveway and parked it along Mucurapo Road, St James.  She had left the engine running while she swept the pavement in preparation to leave home. During this time two men, both slim built of mixed descent, jumped into the vehicle and drove off.

The victim contacted the police following the theft.

The Western Division Operation Centre immediately deployed units to search the area.

At 4:45 am, the team of officers led by Cpl (Ag) Denoon, recovered the vehicle which had been abandoned along the Audrey Jeffers Highway, Cocorite.
